Account deletion — CLUB Tepuy

This page explains how to delete an account for the CLUB Tepuy app (Android, iOS and web app.tepuyburger.es), published by MEAT&SMILE SL (Tepuy Burger).

1. Delete from the app

Open CLUB Tepuy and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Sign-out is immediate and that account can no longer be used.

2. Request by email

If you cannot sign in, email info@tepuyburger.es with the address you used to register. We complete the request within 30 days.

3. Data we delete

Sign-in account (email, Google or Apple).
CLUB profile, points, stamps, pass QR / Wallet and saved delivery addresses.

4. Data we keep

Orders and invoices required by Spanish tax/consumer law, typically up to 6 years.
Limited security logs to prove the deletion request was handled.
Backups may retain the profile for up to 30 days until they rotate.
